📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept → development → launch → post-market optimization. Success in this role is defined by the quality of the products you build and the scale they achieve. • Define ingredient strategy, dosing, and differentiation in partnership with R&D • Drive cross-functional execution across R&D, Quality, Ops, Regulatory, and Marketing • Partner with Ops on co-manufacturer selection, scale-up, pilot runs, and commercialization • Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners; assess feasibility, timelines, and risks • Ensure scientific rigor across formulation, claims, and product positioning

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product development (supplements, functional foods, or adjacent categories) • Proven track record of taking products from concept to commercial launch • Experience working with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and supply chain systems • Strong understanding of formulation, ingredient sourcing, and manufacturing constraints • Strong experience with regulatory frameworks (FDA, Prop 65, international compliance) • Familiarity with SFP/NFP development and labeling tools • Experience working with COAs, spec sheets, and quality systems • Background in evidence-based formulation and claims substantiation • Experience building or improving product development systems/processes

• Salary Range: $175k - $200k + equity + benefits
