📋 Description
• Define and drive the long-term product vision • Translate business strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap • Identify new product opportunities through customer insights • Build a deep understanding of customer workflows • Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in adtech • Oversee end-to-end product design and development • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product initiatives • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management team • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience • 5+ years in a leadership role • Proven track record of building and scaling adtech products • Strong strategic thinking combined with a bias toward action • Deep understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams • Strong analytical mindset and use of data to drive decisions
