📋 Description

• Provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership across the health system • Develop and execute a comprehensive imaging service line strategy aligned with organizational priorities and market growth objectives • Partner with market, hospital, physician, and executive leaders on service line performance • Lead strategic planning, program development, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and collaborative leadership • Evaluate long-range planning, introduce and develop new programs and strategies, and advise on regulatory compliance • Guide departmental imaging leaders to drive action and sustainability • Identify and communicate critical success factors for markets and geographies • Identify emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices • Lead standardized operating procedures, quality metrics, workflow optimization, and performance improvement initiatives • Recommend strategies to enhance financial performance and business opportunities across the radiology service line • Support clinical leadership in developing and implementing market-wide strategic goals and objectives • Advise executive management on financial implications of radiology service line activities • Resolve broad, complex, and abstract health market-wide issues using creativity, Lean diagnostic techniques, negotiation, and diplomacy • Maintain relationships with senior executives to identify needs and develop business, strategic, and operational solutions • Lead collaborative internal and external teams across functional areas • Communicate the organization's vision and goals • Use financial concepts and tools to analyze situations and make decisions supporting departmental objectives

🎯 Requirements

• One Imaging Modality licensure (required) • Certified Radiology Administrators (CRA) (preferred) • Bachelors in Healthcare, Business, or related field (required) • Masters degree (preferred) • 7+ years in operational leadership roles in imaging services • 5+ years supporting multi-site or market service line strategy for imaging services • In-depth knowledge of imaging services • Strategic planning and execution • Regulatory compliance • Relationship building • Teamwork and collaboration • Ability to work independently • Interpersonal communication • Critical thinking • Leading through influence • Change management • Growth mindset • Ability to travel long-distance or by air as needed, not exceeding 10% travel
