📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives • Manage purchases and oversee process flow through applicable systems • Conduct product research, cost analysis, and presentations of sourcing initiatives • Develop and implement strategies and processes to reduce supply expense while maintaining quality of care • Monitor, communicate, and improve assigned scope • Collaborate with members, including physicians, to identify and formulate improvements and standardization for assigned categories • Manage sourcing initiatives including scoping analysis, RFP development, proposal evaluations, negotiations, recommendation communications, contracting, ongoing supplier management, and budget oversight • Monitor and report initiative and contract budgets; identify recurring trends and vendor or internal improvement opportunities • Collaborate with legal to negotiate valuable contracts • Build strategic alliances with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to execute the organization’s purchasing strategy

🎯 Requirements
