📋 Description

• Serve as a senior advisor to Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on complex, non-standard, and high-value deals • Evaluate and resolve non-standard deal requests across Sales, Finance, and Legal • Own deals end-to-end through quoting, approval, contracting, and quote-to-cash • Ensure transactions adhere to internal revenue recognition policies • Present deal strategy recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders • Ensure complete and accurate CRM deal data and process compliance • Reinforce pricing and discounting governance • Define CRM and CPQ system enhancement requirements with Systems and RevOps teams • Identify process friction and lead improvements involving automation and AI • Optimize deal-support policies, playbooks, and standard operating procedures • Support rollout and adoption of process improvements across the global team • Mentor newer Revenue Operations Support Analysts • Contribute to documentation, training sessions, and onboarding materials

🎯 Requirements

• Business Degree • 5-7+ years of experience; Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing or Sales Operations experience required • Software industry experience preferred • Demonstrated experience independently owning complex deals or projects • Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or technology sales organizations • Strong fluency in Salesforce, CPQ tools, and reporting platforms • Sound judgment in ambiguous or non-standard deal situations • Track record of recommending and implementing process or policy improvements • Contract management and negotiation experience strongly preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with first-principles thinking • Self-starter mentality and eagerness to learn and mentor others • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment • Experience using or implementing AI or automation tools is a plus
