📋 Description

• Support client tasks and auditing across Payroll, Carrier Files, Demographic Files, and audits • Audit payroll, demographic, carrier, and benefits administration system files for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and data integrity • Verify employee compensation, benefits, deductions, benefit enrollments, and cost/coverage data • Investigate, correct, document, and resolve discrepancies with the Senior Operations Associate and Operations Manager • Review data mappers and implement quality-control measures • Communicate audit findings, risks, status, and recommendations to stakeholders • Manage deliverables independently and support the overall client portfolio • Improve operational practices and participate in implementation projects • Back up Analysts II, execute advanced tasks and audits, and assist with closing escalations • Maintain documentation and adapt to evolving processes

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience, including summer jobs or internships • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products • Ability to assist and equip others to solve complex problems efficiently • Strong customer service orientation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities • Willingness to work overtime occasionally with prior approval • B.A. or B.S. required, or equivalent relevant work experience • Availability during Central Time working hours
