📋 Description

• Ensure continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within the geographic area • Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and equipment • Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems • Complete commissioning checks of HVAC Units, including checking and correcting RTU controller configurations and mechanical operation • Perform physical maintenance, including changing filters, cleaning coils, inspecting/replacing belts, and inspecting units for mechanical failures • Clean, adjust, and repair systems and perform warranty services • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently • Keep daily logs and records in the Company work order system • Ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act • Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements • Assist with customer queries

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Controls experience • Familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is a benefit • Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues before they compound • Desire for continuous technical and professional learning • Customer- and safety-focused • Ability to travel within the region • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to work across/with organizational teams • New Technical School graduate is a plus
