📋 Description

• Ensure continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within the geographic area • Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment • Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems • Complete HVAC unit commissioning checks and correct RTU controller configurations • Perform physical maintenance, including changing filters, cleaning coils, inspecting/replacing belts, and inspecting units for mechanical failures • Clean, adjust, and repair systems and perform warranty services • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently • Keep daily logs and records in the Company work order system • Ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act • Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements • Assist with customer queries • Travel within Helena, MT and surrounding areas • Work some weekends; on-call is not required

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a service technician on HVAC/R systems • EPA 608 Certification is required • HVAC Controls experience • Familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is beneficial • Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues before they compound • Customer- and safety-focused approach • Ability to travel within Helena, MT and surrounding areas • Flexibility, including working some weekends • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to work across/with organizational teams
