📋 Description

• Ensure continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within the geographic area, including maintenance and repair of HVAC/R systems and equipment • Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems • Complete commissioning checks of HVAC Units, including checking and correcting RTU controller configurations and mechanical operation • Perform physical maintenance such as changing filters, cleaning coils, inspecting/replacing belts, and inspecting units for mechanical failures • Respond to emergency service calls on nights and weekends when on-call • Clean, adjust, repair systems, and perform warranty services • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently • Keep daily logs and records in the Company work order system • Ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act • Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements • Assist with customer queries

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a service technician on HVAC/R systems • Oregon HVAC/R Contractor License required • EPA Certification required • HVAC Controls experience • Familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is a benefit • Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues before they compound • Ability to travel within Portland, OR areas • Flexibility to work some weekends and remain available for on-call duties, including nights and weekends • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to work across/with organizational Teams • Customer- and safety-focused
