🎯 Requirements

• Independent Consultant: HR, OD, or leadership consultants seeking a proven, high-quality curriculum to expand services and generate recurring revenue. • Encore Career Executive: Retired or semi-retired leaders (City Manager, Police/Fire Chief, HR Director, Operations VP, etc.) looking to leverage their network for flexible, lucrative, and meaningful work.
