• Own customer retention (GRR) and renewals, and expansion (NRR) opportunities across Builder Prime's strategic and enterprise customers • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers • Drive adoption, business outcomes, and long-term customer value • Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer goals and growth opportunities • Proactively identify and mitigate customer risk • Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for enterprise needs internally • Generate customer advocacy through references, reviews, case studies, and advisory participation • Manage a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts • Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic planning sessions • Monitor account health, adoption, engagement, and organizational changes • Develop retention and Experience plans for at-risk customers • Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities • Lead complex renewal negotiations and contract discussions • Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customer experience • Provide customer insights and market feedback to Product and Leadership teams
• 8+ years of Account Management, Customer Experience, or SaaS relationship management experience • Proven success managing enterprise or strategic customer portfolios • Demonstrated quota attainment across complex renewal and expansion portfolios • Experience owning complex renewals and expansion opportunities • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-thread customer relationships • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations teams • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Experience building or formalizing enterprise account management processes in a scaling SaaS environment
