📋 Description

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including cash, accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets • Prepare internal financial statements and perform financial analysis • Review inventory accounts and resolve discrepancies with operations and IT • Support internal and external audits • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and solve accounting issues • Maintain accurate accounting documentation and perform other accounting duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 1–3 years of accounting experience • Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation • Familiarity with ASC 842 lease accounting • Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Agility and NetSuite preferred); QuickBooks; BlackLine; ASW; or similar • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills • CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification • Intercompany reconciliation and consolidation experience is a plus • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
