📋 Description
• Identify and pursue opportunities with general contractors and building owners in your market • Reach out to contacts and build new relationships through local industry events • Generate qualified project opportunities for BuildingWorks • Develop relationships with project executives, project managers, owner's representatives, facilities directors, and capital project managers • Qualify opportunities based on project size ($5M+ with complex MEP systems) • Set up initial meetings and facilitate introductions between prospects and the BuildingWorks team • Track active and upcoming construction projects in your market
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in commercial construction, project management, or a related role in your market • Existing relationships with general contractors, building owners, owner's representatives, or facilities teams • A network you can activate without starting from zero • Understanding of construction project phases and closeout processes • Credibility when you walk into a conversation with a project executive or facilities director
