• Focus on customer experience, engagement, customer enrollment, and managing all customer inquiries and concerns • Deliver exceptional solution-oriented customer service • Process enrollment requests as needed • Answer questions while making experiences personable and memorable verbally and electronically
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of two years of customer service and sales experience • High School or some college education or equivalent experience • Must have quiet space without distractions for work
