📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous capabilities for heavy construction equipment • Architect high-level planners for new construction tasks • Mentor and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams through technical design reviews and implementation • Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and operations teams to integrate robotic systems into the field • Improve reliability, safety, and performance of deployed autonomous systems • Own technical road maps and help shape long-term product strategy

🎯 Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience developing robotics or autonomous systems • Strong proficiency in Python and C++ • Experience with robotic frameworks such as ROS/ROS2 • Experience with controls, motion planning, localization, and/or perception systems • Strong understanding of distributed systems and real-time software architectures
