📋 Description

• Support Mario and the team with marketing activities for [Bulle & Mensch]. • Build reach, distribute content, and engage the podcast community. • Assist with researching, contacting, and managing potential podcast guests, from initial research through communication. • Prepare materials and communications to position [Bulle & Mensch] as an attractive advertising platform. • Support content and editorial planning across social media, newsletters, YouTube, and the website. • Sort and suggest relevant excerpts, quotes, and moments from podcast episodes. • Edit Shorts. • Create simple graphic designs. • Write initial drafts of copy, captions, and communications materials. • Research potential podcast guests and support their outreach and management. • Prepare materials and communications for advertising partners. • Help manage community comments and messages. • Monitor published content and track and document basic metrics such as reach, engagement, and listener numbers. • Research trends, formats, and topics in finance and trading. • Provide organizational support to the team, including filing, scheduling, and minor administrative marketing tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Some initial experience with marketing or communications—whether through personal projects, university, an internship, or a part-time job—is sufficient. • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken. • Strong feel for language and tone. • Enjoy working with AI. • Interest in trading, the stock market, business, or finance. • Structured, reliable, and independent working style. • Willingness to learn and openness to direct, honest feedback.
