📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, delivery, completion, program management, and financial outcomes of complex, multi-phase retail construction projects • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation with cross-functional teams • Manage consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, internal departments, developers, budgets, and schedules • Manage project phases including entitlement, design, permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, store startup, store turnover, and closeout • Oversee multiple project sites and states concurrently • Navigate contract administration, change orders, budgets, schedules, and client delivery • Prepare proposals, develop budgets, forecast, and manage project finances • Monitor milestones and deliverables, provide regular status reports, and maintain detailed project documentation • Identify and mitigate project risks and implement proactive solutions • Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations • Assess project execution and implement continuous-improvement feedback loops • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements, industry standards, policies, procedures, and safety regulations • Deliver timely customer service and proactive solutions to clients • Travel to client and project sites across the U.S.; onsite visits may last up to one continuous week, with approximately 2–3 days of travel and onsite work expected per workweek

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field, or five years or more of related experience and/or training in lieu of degree • Minimum of three years of related experience when possessing the degree • Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record) • Current PMP preferred • Knowledge of project components, processes, and methodologies • Time management, active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely • Ability to work successfully from a remote location • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job • Must have a cell phone and supply own internet service • Ability to travel by plane, motor vehicle, and train to client/project sites across the U.S., potentially 50%–90% of the work schedule • Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds occasionally during onsite/field duties • Ability to operate an electronic tablet in the field and a computer • Ability to work near construction hazards, energized electrical components, outdoor weather, heights, fumes, and airborne particles
