⢠Manage daily activities of project staff for successful execution of assigned projects ⢠Lead project staff and provide guidance throughout projects ⢠Answer technical questions, perform technical reviews, understand client-specific protocols, and train project staff ⢠Direct, support, and technically guide project staff; review and evaluate work progress; identify and resolve problems ⢠Support management in overall program direction, completion, and project budget management ⢠Manage cross-reference of resources onsite ⢠Interface with client representatives onsite and coordinate team schedules and responsibilities ⢠Manage multiple tasks and projects across multiple programs ⢠Maintain project communications with management and report actual or potential problems and report delivery updates ⢠Represent Bureau Veritas at project-specific client meetings ⢠Define project scope, goals, and deliverables ⢠Plan, schedule, and communicate project timelines ⢠Perform contract administration and change order review ⢠Perform report reviews and quality control/assurance ⢠Protect confidential company information ⢠Deliver timely customer service and proactive client solutions ⢠Provide training to field staff on client-specific programs and protocols ⢠Monitor and report progress of Technical Assessor programs using client-specific and internal tracking platforms ⢠Complete onsite training with new team members and communicate techniques for gaining access to units ⢠Travel approximately 90% of the time to client/project sites across the U.S.; onsite assignments may last up to two continuous weeks, with possible overnight and weekend travel ⢠Review late report lists and develop action plans for deficiencies ⢠Contact assigned trainees regarding upcoming work, travel coordination, protocol checklists, project work plans, schedules, and reports ⢠Review N-1 schedules for capacity opportunities ⢠Review timesheets, verify billability, conduct weekly check-ins, coordinate spot report reviews, approve expenses, and attend weekly leadership calls ⢠Maintain 1-on-1 huddles and document them in ProTrack ⢠Complete HSE and assigned training and monitor N-1 training ⢠Directly and indirectly supervise employees, including training, work assignment, performance appraisal, complaint handling, and problem resolution
⢠Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field; minimum of three to five years of related experience ⢠In lieu of degree, five to seven years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience ⢠Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record) ⢠Expertise as a designated SME in Technical Assessor level programs, including FedGov, data aggregation, barcoding, and other designated programs ⢠Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures ⢠Ability to present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff ⢠Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions ⢠Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software ⢠Ability to operate an electronic tablet in the field for live data collection ⢠Understanding of construction materials and methods, environmental concerns, cost estimating, and industry standards ⢠Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects ⢠Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people ⢠Ability to work independently and in a team environment ⢠Must have a cell phone and supply own internet service ⢠Must meet physical demands, including walking, standing, climbing, crawling, lifting up to 40 pounds, and operating a motor vehicle ⢠Ability to successfully work from a remote location ⢠Ability to travel by plane, motor vehicle, and train to client/project sites across the U.S. ⢠Must maintain a billability rate of at least 80%
