📋 Description

• Own and drive the technical relationship with a key external partner contributing to OpenCTI • Participate in technical refinement and design discussions for partner-driven features • Guide and coach partner developers on OpenCTI architecture, coding standards, and best practices • Review external contributions for quality, consistency, maintainability, and integration into the core project • Bridge the partner engineering team with Filigran’s roadmap, architecture, and standards • Contribute directly to key parts of the OpenCTI codebase • Facilitate technical refinement sessions and design reviews • Supervise and elevate the technical quality of partnership contributions • Coach internal and partner engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and structured feedback • Collaborate with EMs/POs on task sizing, scope alignment, and roadmap planning • Report progress, risks, blockers, and technical alignment issues to the Director of Engineering and Product Manager • Work with OpenCTI technical leadership, Product, and engineering teams on partner-related features and bug fixes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript • Hands-on experience with NodeJS, React, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis • Strong hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and LLM-based agents • Autonomy and ownership, including proactive self-direction and strong reporting/alerting habits • 8+ years in Software Engineering • Comfortable in a full-remote, async-first environment with colleagues from multiple time zones • Architectural proposal skills with pragmatic trade-offs and stakeholder alignment • Strong communication and diplomacy skills • Experience with external stakeholders, partners, or vendors is a plus • Open-source experience is a plus • Cybersecurity / CTI experience is a strong plus, not a requirement
