⢠Schedule activities for Asset Management or Transactional project protocols ⢠Develop resource plans based on project complexity, qualifications, travel efficiency, productivity, and capacity ⢠Analyze and deploy resource pools to select and assign field resources to multiple projects cost-effectively ⢠Manage internal and external field resource pools through a web-based project management system ⢠Evaluate field capacity against forecasted needs and communicate with stakeholders and leadership ⢠Liaise between operational leadership, project resources, clients, and client representatives ⢠Identify qualified, cost-effective resources and alternative resourcing solutions ⢠Analyze project and program data, delivery schedules, and potential challenges; implement timely solutions ⢠Resolve issues involving contacts, site access, site information, report deliverables, and project resources ⢠Organize Client Supplied Materials, as-builts, prior reports, and required project documentation ⢠Participate in and facilitate project/program setup and kickoff meetings ⢠Design, implement, and execute operational and organizational initiatives ⢠Provide timely customer service and proactive solutions to client needs ⢠Support field and operations teams administratively throughout the project lifecycle ⢠Maintain scheduling and accounting data, qualifications, due dates, reviewer assignments, project confirmations, and Project Work Plan releases ⢠Attend meetings and document project expectations and requirements ⢠Maintain field resource licenses and qualifications in scheduling databases ⢠Track and report project metrics, verify building types and square footage, identify data gaps, and resolve time-credit discrepancies ⢠Schedule projects considering location, project type, deadlines, turnaround times, onsite time, report writing, production deadlines, capacity, and productivity ⢠Negotiate fees with flexible resources and optimize project financial performance ⢠Initiate and communicate purchase orders ⢠Maintain accurate scheduling databases and knowledge of resource availability ⢠Coordinate onsite schedules across divisions and serve as a single client communication point ⢠Assemble and distribute onsite assessment documents, including PWPs, maps, CSMs, and prior reports ⢠Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts ⢠Track project-specific background-check requirements and clearances ⢠Identify shadowing and mock-report opportunities for onboarding and training
⢠Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field; minimum of one year of related experience ⢠In lieu of degree, two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience ⢠Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures ⢠Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff ⢠Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions ⢠Ability to interpret varied instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables ⢠Professional discretion and clear internal and external communication ⢠Proficiency operating a computer and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software ⢠Time management skills ⢠Active listening skills ⢠Critical thinking skills ⢠Problem solving skills ⢠Oral and written communication skills ⢠Ability to work independently and in a team environment ⢠Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner ⢠Ability to successfully work from remote location ⢠Ability to meet the physical demands of the job ⢠Must have a cell phone and supply your own internet service ⢠Must be able to meet physical demands, including occasional lifting/moving up to 10 pounds
