🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative, data entry, or appointment-setting role. • Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner. • Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to work independently. • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment. • Familiarity with CRM software would be considered an advantage.
