📋 Description
• Lead, develop and train a team responsible for supporting and enhancing an existing suite of Excel and VBA-based applications • Maintain and enhance advanced Excel/VBA based applications that support core merchandising and planning operations • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process enhancements • Manage project plans, timelines, and team resources to meet committed delivery dates • Partners closely with business users to understand reporting needs and objectives • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the reporting organization
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading or managing a team • Minimum 5 years’ experience in application development using Excel and VBA • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong experience with VBA Development • Proficiency in SQL • Experience with Microsoft Power BI • Experience with MicroStrategy report development preferred • Experience supporting retail merchandising and planning functions preferred
