📋 Description

• Assist and guide business reporting requirements supporting cross-functional teams, especially Planning, Merchandising, and Leadership • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Burlington business reporting solutions, user assistance, system access issues, business tools, and troubleshooting • Mentor and develop Reporting Analyst I team members • Lead development of new reporting solutions for business users • Create reporting and dashboard solutions with Reporting Analyst I's • Provide customer service to business users through the BRG email communication process • Review IT UAT requests and validate approved reports and tools • Follow test plans and provide written and visual documentation for UAT scenarios • Deliver project size and level-of-effort estimates • Translate business requirements into functional reporting changes • Liaise between Business and Leadership communities and IT to provide technical direction • Support development of unique reporting solutions and tools approved by leadership • Maintain working knowledge of corporate reporting solutions and serve as SME for cross-functional teams • Maintain compliance with Burlington reporting standards for templates, training materials, QRCs, SOPs, and notifications • Increase exposure to business processes and job knowledge to support continuous improvement and business acumen • Assist with training and development of teammates

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Merch Planning Systems • Experience with MicroStrategy BI or equivalent • Experience with business reporting • Experience building dashboards • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook • Experience with retail systems including Merch Planning, RMS, and PO Management • 5+ years of experience in retail positions such as Merch Planning, Buying, Reporting, or Analysis, or equivalent • VBA, Access, SQL, and DAX helpful but not required • Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Business Intelligence • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Detail-oriented and able to multitask • Strong problem-solving skills • Self-development mindset
