📋 Description

• Develop and implement maintenance programs across the Distribution Network • Increase overall equipment and systems effectiveness, improve infrastructure standardization, and reduce costs • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms for system performance and uptime • Create reporting and analytics to maximize equipment availability and operational efficiency • Serve as primary point of contact and escalation point for hardware and software issues • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with material handling equipment vendors • Support post-go-live activities for upgrades, retrofits, and new implementations • Develop, maintain, and oversee technician training curriculum and certification tracking • Manage Vendor University access and documentation access for Maintenance and Project Management • Provide consistent maintenance leadership and direction across distribution centers • Develop the Preventative Maintenance Program and monitor implementation, progress, and performance • Partner with Procurement on equipment and service standards and contracts • Oversee inventory ordering, tracking, and standardization across sites • Coordinate communications and updates with material handling equipment providers • Support development, planning, and tracking of Capex and Opex budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field required • Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance or a related field • At least 5 years in a leadership role • Proven experience managing large-scale material handling capital projects • Strong time management, planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across a wide range of organizational levels and functions • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in facility and material handling systems design, from concept through implementation • Ability to perform financial analysis for project justification • Experience partnering with Distribution Center Operations within a national logistics network • Ability to stand for extended periods in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment • Ability to sit for extended periods while preparing analyses, work plans, or training materials • Ability to visually verify information and read detailed drawings, often in small print • Ability to access, enter, and retrieve information from a computer system • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds • Ability to travel domestically up to 60% annually, including consecutive overnight stays
