📋 Description
• Serve as the second seat at the top of the organization and primary operating partner to the Franchise Partner • Translate the Franchise Partner’s vision and strategy into consistent execution across seven Burn Boot Camp locations • Lead the people, systems, accountability, and business performance needed to achieve company goals and support sustainable growth • Develop strong Gym Managers • Establish clear operating rhythms • Identify opportunities and risks early • Ensure priorities are executed effectively • Lead, coach, and develop Gym Managers as business leaders • Establish clear roles, expectations, accountability, and decision rights
