📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations • Administer and interpret standardized psychological assessments • Complete thorough diagnostic reports • Provide clear and actionable feedback to families • Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and care coordinators in a multidisciplinary team • Apply knowledge of early childhood development, neurodevelopmental disorders, and culturally responsive assessment practices • Develop client-centered treatment plans or learn to do so • Deliver mental and behavioral health services according to high-quality and ethical standards • Serve children, adolescents, and adults through psychological evaluations and related services

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active licensure as a Psychologist with the California Board of Psychology • Registered Psychological Associate may be accepted if evaluation experience is provided, with a Licensed Psychologist available for supervision as required by the California Board of Psychology • Demonstrated experience diagnosing ADHD and ASD in children • Proficiency administering and interpreting psychological assessments and tests, including ADOS-2, WAIS-IV/WAIS-V, IVA-2, MMPI-2, and SRS-2 • Experience or willingness to learn development of client-centered treatment plans • Strong knowledge and understanding of mental and behavioral health therapies • Excellent writing and communication skills • Highly organized with ability to multitask • Ability to work well as part of a team • Consistent weekly availability, including a few days with late afternoon/evening availability in the Pacific Timezone • Ability to meet contract requirements and relevant regulations, including fingerprint clearances and positive references • Current CPR/First Aid Certification • Eligibility to work in the United States • Doctoral Degree in Psychology (Required) • Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required • Must be able to work with children and adolescents up to 18 years old and adults
