📋 Description

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution and trial, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations • Represent clients in Missouri state courts, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials • Advise clients regarding legal rights and options and develop case strategies • Prepare and argue pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, settlement demands, and other litigation documents • Work with paralegals and support staff to prepare exhibits, witnesses, evidence, and trial strategies • Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, medical evidence, and litigation risks • Maintain consistent, professional client communication throughout litigation • Manage a substantial caseload while meeting Missouri court deadlines, procedural requirements, and client expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience • Active license to practice law in Missouri required • Good standing with the Missouri Bar required • Significant courtroom and trial experience with a history of favorable personal injury outcomes • Strong familiarity with Missouri personal injury litigation, court procedures, and applicable state laws • Exceptional litigation, courtroom advocacy, negotiation, legal writing, and oral argument skills • Strategic thinking, strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail • Self-driven and organized; comfortable independently managing a full caseload remotely • Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, intake staff, and other departments
