📋 Description

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, business formations, corporate governance, and commercial transactions • Draft and negotiate purchase, operating, and shareholder agreements and other business contracts • Counsel AI startups, technology companies, founders, investors, and growing businesses on corporate legal matters • Monitor emerging AI regulations, governance, privacy, and technology-related legal developments • Collaborate with AI, tax, wealth management, consulting, and finance teams to deliver integrated client solutions • Develop and grow client relationships and a personal practice • Participate in business development, marketing, and operational activities

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. • Active U.S. Bar license • 6+ years of corporate law experience • Experience with M&A, corporate transactions, commercial contracts, or business law • Interest in Artificial Intelligence, emerging technology, and innovation • Entrepreneurial mindset • Strong relationship-building and business development skills
