📋 Description

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations • Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations • Advise clients on legal options and develop case-specific strategies • Prepare and argue pleadings, motions, and discovery documents • Collaborate with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy • Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction • Maintain consistent client communication and deliver a high-touch client experience

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience • Required: Active North Carolina Bar license • Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of achieving results • Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and exceptional attention to detail • Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage a full caseload remotely • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across departments and functions • Dual licensure in North Carolina and Texas preferred
