📋 Description

• Leverage external solutions—including CRO partnerships, digitalization, and AI—to improve cost efficiency, accelerate delivery, and enhance quality across R&D. • Serve as a business partner to R&D functions, helping identify cost optimization opportunities, develop practical solutions, and support implementation. • Monitor trends in the R&D CRO/FSP market to inform category strategy. • Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders and provide supply market intelligence to support business planning and sourcing decisions. • Lead supplier relationship management activities to strengthen strategic vendor partnerships and support long-term business value.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree in related discipline and 10+ years of experience; or, MS/MA degree in related discipline and 8+ years of related experience; or, Equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and contract management systems.
