• Partner with the Director, GMA PMO to support the global hematology franchise • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of key Global Medical Affairs initiatives as Franchise Program Manager • Drive advisory boards, integrated evidence plans, thought leader engagement strategies, and launch planning and budgets • Develop tracking tools and reporting to monitor progress and ensure cross-functional alignment • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of global medical initiatives • Drive development and tracking of integrated evidence plans and medical strategies • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across teams • Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities • Lead team meetings, including agenda development, decision and action-item documentation, and follow-up tracking • Develop and deliver presentations communicating medical strategies, plans, and progress • Identify efficiencies, share best practices, and implement standardized processes and performance metrics across Global Medical Affairs • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, healthcare laws, and regulations • Report to the Director, GMA PMO
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in drug development within academia, consulting, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry • 5+ years of experience in project or program management • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams) • Proficiency in Smartsheet, or familiarity with ability to learn quickly • Experience supporting Global Medical Affairs activities, including advisory boards, medical planning, or launch readiness • Strong proficiency in project and program management tools and systems, including Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience developing dashboards, trackers, and reporting • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives • Demonstrated understanding of the hematology/oncology landscape preferred • Experience with integrated evidence generation planning highly desirable • PMP Certification a plus • Ability to ensure adherence to corporate policies, compliance standards, and applicable healthcare laws and regulations • Work-related travel less than 10%; occasional overtime and weekend travel may be required
