📋 Description

• Shape, develop, and scale advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions • Translate complex data into scalable analytics and AI solutions • Contribute to advanced analytics capability and innovation roadmap • Advance practical AI innovation by identifying and scaling use cases • Develop patient journey and evidence-oriented analytics • Design and scale analytics solutions for omnichannel engagement • Lead the development of predictive models and decision-support tools • Build measurement frameworks for analytics and AI solutions • Serve as a strategic partner to different organizational leaders • Bridge business, medical, clinical, and technical teams • Collaborate with teams and external vendors to deliver analytics solutions

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree • 10+ years of overall industry experience • 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, commercial analytics, medical analytics, clinical operations analytics, business analytics, or a related function • Strong understanding of healthcare data sources • Experience leading analytics initiatives • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives • Experience designing measurement approaches for analytics and AI initiatives • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, economics, engineering, business analytics, computer science, or a related quantitative field
