📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of Clinical Development & GCO strategies • Lead compliance management infrastructure/processes within GCO • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and GCP/PV guidelines • Build and lead teams for continuous improvement • Develop and report clinical performance indicators (KPIs/KQIs) • Oversee compliance monitoring and prepare for inspections • Mentor and develop GCO direct and indirect reports

🎯 Requirements

• BS in scientific or healthcare discipline, advanced degrees preferred • 15+ years in biotech/pharma/CRO industry in Clinical Operations • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Fluent in written and verbal English • Knowledge of Mandarin desirable • Experience in building GCP quality systems and processes • Strong leadership and risk management skills • Skilled in Project Management, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA Management • Preferred experience with Six Sigma, LEAN, Agile methodologies
