📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic business partner to the Chief Safety Officer (CSO) and GPS Leadership Team, translating organizational priorities into actionable business plans and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives. • Lead annual strategic planning, organizational goal setting, business reviews, and operating cadence processes to support GPS objectives and enterprise priorities. • Oversee GPS governance, including leadership meetings, portfolio reviews, decision tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to drive organizational alignment and transparency. • Partner with HR and Finance on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, capability planning and resource allocation. • Drive business process optimization, operational excellence programs, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and decision quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred • 14+ years of experience with a minimum 10+ years of pharmacovigilance experience with progressive leadership experience in business operations, strategy, program management, pharmaceutical development, and drug safety.
