📋 Description

• Lead and drive global HEOR/RWE strategy and evidence generation activities for BRUKINSA across indications and throughout the product lifecycle • Identify evidence gaps and develop and execute integrated value evidence generation plans • Design and execute real-world evidence and comparative effectiveness studies using claims and electronic health records • Monitor clinical, competitive, payer, and evidence landscapes and develop HEOR/RWE analyses and evidence-generation strategies • Collaborate on payer, JCA, and HTA submissions and lead indirect comparisons and economic modeling deliverables • Lead development of Global Value Dossiers and US AMCP dossier • Lead health economic models, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses • Drive HEOR/RWE publication strategy and disseminate evidence through abstracts, manuscripts, congress presentations, and omnichannel distributions • Partner with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access teams • Manage external vendors and research partners, including study design, execution, deliverables, timelines, and budgets • Provide strategic HEOR guidance to affiliates and regional teams • Provide matrix leadership and oversight of external vendors and consultants as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR), Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, or related discipline • PhD with 6+ years or Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience in biopharmaceutical industry or consulting • Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred • Experience serving as HEOR/RWE lead supporting product launch and lifecycle management • Experience leading and executing evidence generation strategy and HEOR deliverables • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and reimbursement landscape, with experience supporting HTA and/or JCA submissions • Research expertise in designing and conducting HEOR/RWE studies, including indirect comparison, economic models and comparative effectiveness studies • Experience with data dissemination and communication • Strong communication and presentation skills • Innovative thinking and creative mindset with applied AI understanding for evidence generation and HEOR insights • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, objectives, timelines, and budgets • Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with statistical software, HEOR modeling tools and AI-enabled approaches for evidence generation and communication • Ability to travel up to 15–20% as needed
