📋 Description

• Lead functional solution architecture for Oracle ERP Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, AHCS, and Projects • Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions aligned with Oracle best practices • Conduct workshops and fit-gap analysis • Define future-state finance processes, including R2R, P2P, and O2C • Design chart of accounts, enterprise structures, and financial data models • Review and govern FDDs, process flows, and end-to-end designs • Act as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and IT teams • Define integration requirements and collaborate on OIC-based solutions • Support testing, UAT, and deployment from a functional standpoint • Standardize end-to-end finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Project-to-Profit • Participate in managing the project backlog and ensure clarity and timely completion according to project team SLAs • Write robust, scalable, and performant code • Prioritize and resolve critical bugs or incidents according to defined SLAs • Prepare and conduct demonstrations of completed features or fixes • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into subsequent development cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an ERP or Solution Architect • 5+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle OIC, and Oracle EBS • 3+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including GL, AR, AP, FA, AHCS, Oracle Projects, and related financial web services • Strong understanding of finance and project accounting business processes • Ability to lead requirement workshops, gather business needs, and define functional specifications • Knowledge of fit-gap analysis, solution design, and Oracle Financials best practices • Experience reviewing and validating FDDs, process flows, and end-to-end solution designs • Expertise in data migration using FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, and spreadsheets • Experience with OIC, PaaS extensions, VBCS, and ERP Cloud integrations • Strong reporting skills with OTBI, BI Publisher, and data models • Hands-on design and development of integrations, extensions, and financial interfaces • Ability to review and author TDDs, technical architecture, and integration specifications
