📋 Description

• Own every candidate's path from first scheduled interview through their first day. • Coordinate interviews across departments and time zones. • Manage candidate communication at every stage. • Prepare offers and maintain communication between hiring managers and candidates. • Own Greenhouse applicant tracking system data, stages, scorecards, reporting, and process hygiene. • Support sourcing for open roles and build candidate pipelines with hiring managers. • Run onboarding, including welcome communications, schedules, employee handbook, benefits enrollment, and policies. • Maintain accurate employee records and identify outdated or missing information. • Flag compliance risks and support documentation and audits. • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. • Help run employee recognition programs and bring a distributed team together.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or similar role, ideally a high-growth company where process was still being built • Owned an applicant tracking system, not just used one, including stages, scorecards, reporting, and hygiene. • Exceptional organization. You can run many hiring loops in parallel without dropping a candidate or a hiring manager. • Clear, warm, professional communication with candidates, new hires, and senior leaders alike. • Discretion with confidential information, including compensation, offers, and employee records.
