📋 Description

• Design, configure, and administer enterprise Zscaler environments across ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX. • Build, maintain, and continuously optimise security, access, and traffic policies. • Manage disaster recovery for ZIA and ZPA, including identifying failure points before they become problems. • Serve as the senior technical point of contact, translating complex issues into clear answers for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally with networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Zscaler engineering experience, recent, active, and deep, not adjacent. • Strong, demonstrable work across ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX. • Proven ZIA/ZPA disaster recovery experience and a current Zscaler certification. • Confidence troubleshooting complex enterprise networking and security issues independently. • The communication skills to be the calm, credible voice in the room, with clients, not just colleagues. • Flexibility to cover Eastern and Central US time zones. • Nice to have: Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer certification, experience with Zscaler Branch Connectors, and time spent inside large enterprise Zscaler deployments.
