📋 Description

• Develop and advise on enterprise architecture models • Align technology initiatives with business objectives and experiences • Advise on technology trends and innovations • Validate solution discovery requirements and align them to customer outcomes and experience • Present C1’s entire portfolio and “Human Experience” story • Collaborate with key customers and maintain technical customer relationships • Partner with Account Executives on solution crafting and account management • Lead technical teams including Design Engineers, Solution Architects, Chief Advisors, Delivery Engineers, Project Managers, and Managed Services engineers • Oversee the full sales cycle from discovery through project execution and support adoption with Services, PM, and Lifecycle teams • Orchestrate major deals by integrating customer requirements through final implementation plans • Interact with key customers virtually and preferably in person to build relationships and lead pre-sales, post-sales, and Managed Services projects • Maintain engagement with managed services customers and align solutions with their long-term objectives • Remain connected to assigned customers between projects

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise-level projects • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills • Ability to understand and address customer needs • Ability to function as a trusted advisor and build long-lasting customer relationships • Comprehensive technical abilities across multiple domains and service models, including pre-sales, delivery, and managed services • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, collaboration, and infrastructure design • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and provide accurate solution architecture • Ability to communicate with executive-level customers and partners and bridge business users and information technology • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills • Competency negotiating with vendors, team members, and stakeholders • Ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies and stay updated with industry trends • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines without compromising quality • Ability to identify and assess technical risks and create mitigation strategies • Ability to mentor, guide, and manage technical teams • Certifications or equivalent experience in area of focus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment
