📋 Description

• Perform root cause analysis of presented problems • Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems efficiently and cost-effectively • Monitor systems regularly to accept or reject network site surveys and take appropriate action • Perform confirmation tests as directed • Work with customers to resolve technical issues • Interface heavily with customer IT personnel • Provide remote and on-site repair of system problems

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in networking systems, systems support, interfaces, connectivity, and related software • Demonstrated experience with information and Document Lifecycle processes, products, and services • Knowledge of the hardware and software industry • Comfort with installations and upgrades • Experience with multifunctional devices • Experience with cloud applications, IT infrastructure and security, and systems integration • Expertise in workflows, processes, and scripting • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel to sites periodically
