📋 Description

• Direct day-to-day execution across nine financial process areas • Assume Program Director responsibilities and decision authority during the Program Director’s absence • Lead and develop the program management office • Own the integrated master schedule, critical path analysis, dependencies, and schedule risk assessment • Manage the program risk and issue register, mitigation planning, ownership, tracking, and escalation • Manage workstream cost performance, forecasts, variance explanations, and estimates at completion • Direct production, quality review, and on-time delivery of CDRL deliverables, status reports, and milestone artifacts • Govern staffing, onboarding, clearance processing, resource ramp plans, and utilization • Coordinate subcontractor and teaming partner execution • Establish and enforce the program operating rhythm, including stand-ups, planning, reviews, change control, and government working groups • Prepare and lead milestone gate reviews • Ensure performance against the performance work statement and quality assurance surveillance plan • Coordinate cutover, go-live, and hypercare planning • Participate in quality assurance activities and protect sensitive information • Perform other related tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10–15 years of professional experience and 5–8 years of people leadership experience, or 14–18 years of professional experience and 8–11 years of people leadership experience without a degree • People leadership experience managing other people leaders • 8+ years of federal program or project management experience, including defense programs with formal milestone review and government acceptance processes • Experience as a deputy program manager, delivery manager, or equivalent senior delivery leader on an enterprise system implementation • Experience leading a program management office and directly supervising project managers, schedulers, and project controls personnel • Proficiency with integrated master schedule development and management, critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessment • Experience managing formal risk registers, corrective action plans, and government-facing status reporting • Experience with Agile and traditional (waterfall/hybrid) delivery methodologies in a regulated environment • Experience coordinating subcontractors and teaming partners on a multi-vendor delivery team • PMP certification or equivalent program management certification required • Active Secret security clearance required, or ability to obtain and maintain one prior to assignment • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites • Master’s degree, SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, SAFe certifications, FIAR, DoD 7000.14-R, FFMIA, earned value management, and CDRL/DID experience are nice to have
