📋 Description

• Lead CAC's digital platform strategy across Web, CRM, and IT Operations. • Establish platform governance, priorities, and long-term technology direction. • Partner with leadership to align investments, resources, and roadmaps with organizational goals. • Serve as the strategic owner of CAC's web ecosystem and digital experience. • Define web platform architecture, integrations, accessibility standards, and roadmap priorities. • Provide strategic oversight for Salesforce and IT Operations. • Lead and develop technology managers and their teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading digital platforms, web technologies, product functions, or enterprise systems. • Demonstrated success owning web platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap development. • Strong product management experience, including prioritization, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing people leaders. • Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes across complex organizations. • Strong communication, planning, and budget management skills. • Experience working with external vendors, contractors, and technology partners.
