📋 Description

• Design and facilitate training across eLearning, instructor-led, and blended formats • Own curriculum development end to end, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation • Create written modules, interactive scenarios, branching activities, knowledge checks, simulations, and multimedia learning assets • Build learning experiences in Articulate Storyline and other content development tools such as Camtasia • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and business stakeholders • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Alternatively, 3+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning content development • Experience working with COTS Federal Financials Systems, specifically Momentum • Experience with eLearning development tools and platforms, including Articulate 360 and Camtasia • Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline desired • Experience with Rise or the broader Articulate 360 suite is a plus • Experience with video creation tools such as Camtasia or similar platforms desired • Strong creativity and desire to bring fresh ideas to training and content development • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Minimum clearance required to start: None • No travel required
