📋 Description

• Architect Oracle Fusion PPM solutions covering Project Costing, Project Management, and Project Resource Management • Design Work Breakdown Structures, task hierarchies, and budgeting/forecasting frameworks • Lead requirements sessions with USMC program managers and translate project execution needs into Fusion configurations • Architect integration points between Project Financials, General Ledger, Assets, Inventory, and Procurement modules • Build OTBI/BI Publisher reporting for project financial performance and burn-rate tracking • Oversee data conversion strategy for project-related data using FBDI/HDL • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across project functional/technical teams • Support SIT/UAT testing and resolve complex project configuration defects • Document project architecture, data flows, and system design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of Oracle Fusion PPM experience, with demonstrated architect-level solution design • Deep expertise in Project Costing and Resource Management • Proficiency in OTBI and BI Publisher • Hands-on experience with FBDI/HDL data conversion • Must be eligible to pass a T3 background investigation • U.S. Citizenship required • Active Secret clearance strongly preferred • Oracle Cloud PPM certification • Prior experience with federal/DoD program and project financial systems • PMP or Agile/SAFe certification preferred
