📋 Description

• Oversee project phases including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live deployment • Lead the SAP OCM team in designing and executing change strategies • Assess business readiness and address user resistance for the SAP S/4HANA Migration project • Oversee implementation and integration of SAP FICO and PSM-FM modules • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to SAP functional and technical staff • Analyze and decompose complex business requirements • Architect solutions to meet business requirements • Provide thought leadership on emerging SAP technologies and alignment with customer roadmaps • Provide scope and effort assessments for maintenance and enhancement change requests • Participate in solution reviews and walkthroughs to communicate system designs and validate proposed solutions • Participate in business development activities at potential target accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with SAP Public Sector (US Federal Government) • Proven leadership in managing SAP teams • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of SAP Public Sector • Experience operating in an Agile/SAFe delivery environment • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree • Must be able to obtain and maintain a NASA Public Trust background investigation • Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Public Sector • Familiarity with federal interfaces such as G-Invoicing, IPP, SAM, and FPDS-NG • Experience with federal shared service providers such as USDA NFC, GSA, and DFAS • Prior S4/HANA upgrade experience • Prior project management experience on enterprise NASA programs • Experience with SAP Activate Methodology • SAP Certification
