📋 Description

• Lead Mission‑Critical Network Modernization for the U.S. Space Force as a Senior Network Engineer. • Architect, implement, and secure advanced network solutions across diverse, mission‑critical environments. • Perform onsite surveys, drive secure design development, oversee deployment execution, and ensure resilient connectivity. • Develop end‑to‑end network architectures for wired, wireless, and mobile broadband platforms. • Conduct comprehensive site surveys to evaluate infrastructure, environmental factors, and mission constraints. • Direct installation activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and base operating requirements. • Design and implement routing policies using BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP. • Deliver Over‑the‑Shoulder Training (OST) to O&M teams post‑deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and at least 7 years of experience; OR High school diploma or associate degree plus 9+ years supporting large, complex networks. • Extensive experience across wired, wireless, and mobile broadband solutions. • Proven leadership in developing network designs, policies, and upgrade plans. • Hands‑on experience implementing routing technologies (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP). • Experience creating cyber and compliance artifacts (STIGs, POA&Ms, PPS, data flows). • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve complex hardware/software/network issues. • Clearance: Secret eligible at minimum. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and AutoCAD. • CCNP or equivalent. • CompTIA Security+ (or higher).
