📋 Description

• Prepare and modify training modules, artifacts, videos, and other materials to meet mission requirements. • Train personnel through formal classroom, virtual courses, workshops, and seminars. • Develop, update, and maintain computer-based training materials, courses, and systems supporting DHA and J-6 missions. • Research, revise, and recommend training strategies and approaches. • Interview personnel to support training and provide training-development guidance. • Conduct peer reviews of training content for accuracy and quality. • Manage participant feedback, data, and metrics to improve the training program. • Develop and maintain the J-6 Academy SharePoint site. • Design, edit, and maintain audio and visual training modules on DHA SharePoint training portals. • Transform raw clips and footage into finished videos. • Use specialized software and editing tools to combine content and add graphics, effects, voice, sound effects, and music. • Produce the Questions with Leadership video for the CLC twice per year or as needed. • Perform other assigned tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and six years’ experience. • Must be a U.S. citizen. • Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust Clearance. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Skilled in identifying and addressing client needs and participating in client discussions and meetings. • Ability to prepare concise, accurate documents. • Advanced concepts, processes, practices, and procedures knowledge. • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and related applications. • Ability to assess and mitigate potential risks with stakeholders. • Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently and as a team member in a collaborative environment. • Prior DoD, Defense Health Agency, or Military Health System experience desired. • ITIL 4 Foundations desired.
