📋 Description

• The Zone Sales Trainer is a strategic, field-embedded partner responsible for onboarding, coaching, and developing sales professionals while aligning training with business priorities. • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and integrating within the commercial organization to strengthen sales capability and drive revenue growth. • Lead new hire onboarding and ensure continued success through skills reinforcement and ongoing development of sales professionals. • Identify capability gaps, design targeted development initiatives, and provide individualized coaching to drive performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relative expertise in business, healthcare, or related field • 5+ years of experience in commercial sales • 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer needs • Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred
