• Support delivery of product, service, and sales training across the North American Aftermarket. • Coordinate field training activities in the U.S. and collaborate with global training teams. • Assist in managing training materials, digital content, and external training resources. • Help organize and schedule training programs, ensuring alignment and avoiding duplication across regions. • Contributes to the development and maintenance of training content, including digital and hands-on formats. • Support the expansion of online training tools and learning platforms. • Assist with responding to training requests and prioritizing them based on business needs. • Participate in delivering product training sessions for internal teams and customers. • Help maintain documentation of training procedures, materials, and best practices. • Track and report on training participation and effectiveness metrics.
• 2+ years’ experience preferred as a Technician, Engineer, or Technical Trainer. • Associate’s degree preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Mechanical Comprehension Skills • Strong presentation and communication skills. • Ability to support training delivery for both small and large groups. • Advanced technical aptitude • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. • Customer-focused mindset and professional communication style. • Willingness to travel (approximately 50–70%).
