📋 Description

• Play a key role in delivering, standardizing, and continuously improving onboarding and upskilling initiatives for site-level clinical research staff. • Independently lead the delivery of onsite and remote training for Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and site staff. • Address and solve challenging training situations in real time. • Identify gaps to strengthen curriculum and delivery. • Collaborate with Site Operations to ensure the learners receive training that is practical, clear and aligned with regulatory requirements. • Contribute to the strategic development and alignment of clinical education initiatives. • Measure success by timely onboarding, strong compliance with protocol and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, education, or a related field. • Preferred certifications include RN, ACRP, or SOCRA • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, including experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) and/or in clinical research training, with demonstrated experience leading complex training initiatives or resolving site‑level training challenges. • Minimum of 2 years training delivery experience • Strong working knowledge of site-level clinical trial operations, including CRC responsibilities, regulatory documentation, protocol execution, and participant visit workflows. • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, Microsoft Teams, clinical systems). • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
